Wendy Chen

Wendy Chen is a financial markets expert and Wall Street veteran, and the Co-Founder and CEO of Yun Impact, advising purpose-driven entrepreneurs, family offices, and investors at the intersection of policy, philanthropy, and capital. Previously, she led capital markets at Fosun International (HKSE: 656), supporting portfolio companies with over $100 billion in assets on U.S. debt, equity, and structured financing. She was also VP of Finance at Pagaya, where she played a key role in its $8.5 billion Nasdaq IPO, and began her career in capital markets at Barclays. She serves on the board of the Food Education Fund and graduated summa cum laude from Colby College.
