Simone Lovera

Simone Lovera-Bilderbeek is an independent researcher and the executive director of the Global Forest Coalition, a worldwide coalition of 116 Indigenous Peoples Organisations and NGOs from 70 countries striving for rights-based, social just, gender-responsive and effective forest conservation and restoration policies. She has a PhD in international environmental governance and over 30 years experience in international environmental policy and law.
