The Rev. Kirsten Snow Spalding

The Rev. Kirsten Snow Spalding leads the Ceres Investor Network and Ceres' California office. She previously served as California’s Chief Deputy Treasurer and Director of the Treasurer’s environmental financing authorities. Prior to government service, Kirsten worked as Chief of Staff for the California Labor Federation, AFL-CIO. She chaired the Center for Labor Research and Education at University of California, Berkeley, taught at Boalt Hall School of Law, represented unions and their pension plans as a lawyer at Beeson, Tayer and Bodine, and worked as a community organizer in South Africa. Kirsten also serves as an Episcopal priest.
